The Oakville-Trafalgar Memorial Hospital is a full service acute care community hospital, located in Oakville, Ontario. It offers a comprehensive range of primary and secondary care services in addition to some tertiary services. It is operated by Halton Healthcare Services, an organization which also operates Georgetown Hospital and Milton District Hospital. The hospital is supported by the Oakville Hospital Foundation which raises funds to purchase equipment for the hospital.

OTMH's busy 24-hour emergency department experiences more than 53,000 visits annually.
OTMH has more than 15,000 inpatients each year, while over 240,000 patients visit its outpatient areas. There are 2,100 births a year.
To meet the growing demand for services, Halton Healthcare Services is building a new hospital to replace the existing facility at 327 Reynolds Street in Oakville.
The new hospital will be located at the corner of Third Line and Dundas Street and at 1.5 million sq. ft., will be more than three times the size of the current hospital.
